So far accomplishing my goals I established for myself look a lot harder than expected. I'm still not going to give up. I'm almost certain it will become a lot easier once I start up school in about a week because then I'll have a daily routine I can do. Friday is my weigh in day, so that's when we'll see if doing nothing and not attending the gym has been helping me at all. Yikes.

So far I haven't been to the gym this year, but my better eating habits are keeping me pretty steady, weight wise. And days like today, when I wake up much later than I anticipated, I tend to get behind on everything. But today I realized that I am really falling behind on my goals and only achieving parts of them so today I've planned out the rest of day, work included. So here's today as follows, between noon and one I'll do an hour of science. I'll take my book to work and read during my lunch break, not quite the hour of reading but nearly close. I'll count my 7 hours of work as my gym for the day, since being on my feet that long, walking around is pretty tiresome. I'll come home and work on my hour of math and I should be able to go to bed before midnight. And that means all my goals for today will have been accomplished. Tricky finding time to work on everything but it's possible. You simply need to put yourself into the mindset that you can accomplish your small goals for today and simply get to work. All right, let me get work now.

I did not go to the gym. I did eat healthier and I did go to work, which is a lot of walking. Not good enough for me though, tomorrow we ride at dawn!!! (to the gym of course) and I only did some science. Man, this is a lot tougher than I thought it would be.
